Who am I?

Hi, I’m Masha — an Authenticity Coach and Holistic Life Coach. I help people reconnect with who they truly are so they can live with confidence, health, purpose, and freedom from the masks that hold them back. My work blends life, health, and mental wellbeing coaching, but the heart of it is always the same: supporting you to create a life aligned with your truth.

I know firsthand how exhausting it is to live out of alignment. My own journey through chronic fatigue, gut health challenges, neurodivergence, and perimenopause has taught me that lasting fulfilment only comes when we live authentically — mind, body, and spirit. That’s the foundation of everything I do as a coach.

My Journey

My coaching journey began in the dance world. For over two decades, I guided students across New Zealand, Australia, and Asia — from their very first steps to world championship stages. But it was never just about dance. To thrive, my students needed support in every area of life: managing energy and nutrition, building resilient partnerships, handling pressure, overcoming burnout, and navigating personal struggles.

What I discovered was that the deepest transformations happened when people showed up authentically. Most of the time, students didn’t thank me for teaching them dance moves. They thanked me for helping them build confidence, for believing in them when they didn’t believe in themselves, and for supporting them when others couldn’t understand their journey. Looking back, I see that I was life coaching all along — dance was simply the doorway.

What makes me different?

I specialise in authenticity because I know that’s where true freedom lies. Over and over, I’ve seen that people only thrive when they live and express their truth — not when they try to fit into expectations or push down who they really are.

My authenticity coaching is enriched by my neurodivergent perspective, which sharpens my intuition and helps me cut through noise to uncover what’s really going on. I also bring lived experience through major life transitions — from rebuilding after burnout, to navigating perimenopause, to reshaping my life and health after chronic fatigue. This gives me deep empathy for women moving through seasons of change, where identity and wellbeing can feel uncertain.

Alongside my lived experience, I’ve invested in extensive professional training to ensure my coaching is both compassionate and evidence-based. I am a Master Holistic Health and Mental Health Coach, with additional certifications in Life Coaching and Metabolic Nutrition. I’m also someone who thrives on learning — I keep up with the latest research in health, wellbeing, and neuroscience, especially around the gut-brain axis, resilience, and women’s health through perimenopause and beyond. This allows me to bring both depth and breadth into my work, so you receive support that is grounded, holistic, and tailored to your unique journey.

This combination — lived experience, professional expertise, and a deeply intuitive way of working — allows me to guide clients toward clarity and transformation in a way that feels safe, supportive, and uniquely personal.

My Coaching Style

My clients describe me as warm, grounded, and deeply attentive. I create a safe, non-judgemental space where nothing is off-limits. I listen for what’s said and unsaid, then use curiosity, powerful questions, mindfulness, and grounding tools to bring clarity.

I believe coaching is not about telling you who to be — it’s about helping you strip away what isn’t truly yours so your authentic self can emerge. I’ll support you with empathy and practical strategies, but I’ll also challenge you to look deeper and explore new perspectives when you feel stuck. That’s where the breakthroughs happen.

Why I Do This

Because authenticity is freedom. I’ve lived the exhaustion of masking, of pushing through health challenges, of perimenopause, and of rebuilding life after major changes. I know how isolating it feels when the people around you don’t quite understand your journey. And I also know the profound relief and joy of finally living in alignment with who you really are.

That’s why I coach. To help others feel seen, safe, and supported as they rediscover themselves. To watch someone step into confidence they never thought possible. To see people align with their values and thrive — not just survive.

For me, there is nothing more meaningful than witnessing someone come home to themselves. That’s why I do this work, and why I would be honoured to walk alongside you in your journey toward authenticity.
